In addition to a Hotel School background, Ruben has invested a great deal of time and energy in developing concepts, continuously looking for opportunities to innovate, improve and sometimes even change.
He did this by introducing products on the market, some more successful than others, but he has also been supervising positioning- and change-processes at previous employers. He is always looking for improvement, by trying something different or simplifying things.
On this journey, Ruben was introduced to various principles and methods, and some of them are Design Thinking, Lean Startup and the Business Model Canvas. Thanks to this experience, he now understands better than anyone what challenges companies face, but also how you can turn those questions into a successful product, process or business case by asking the right questions and gathering the right people around you.
